Masque exemplifies the spirit of botanical bistronomy, harnessing regional produce to create a seasonal menu with international flair. Infusing the country’s abundant produce with unique ideas and innovations, we create dishes that not only surprise, but also delight.

Our philosophy of being indigenous means we follow climactic changes very closely. Seasons affect produce, and so it’s only natural that our menu changes as the seasons do. This ensures that our food uses the highest quality ingredients and reflects the relationship Masque shares with the soil and the farmers. Each plate of Masque’s culinary ballad has a story to tell, making our food a talking point with our guests.

Dining is a sensory experience— how food looks, tastes, smells, feels and even sounds sometimes, unfailingly evokes emotion. With our food constantly evolving, so are our experiences, and in a way, so are yours.

Our dinner menu offers two options: the 8 course Tasting Menu and 12 course Experience Menu, priced at Rs. 3200++ and Rs. 4500++ respectively.

COCKTAILS
& WINE

Our chefs are the auteurs of the food you devour but they’re ably supported by our Cocktail Chefs, who too draw inspiration from their natural surroundings to create exhilarating elixirs. Bringing ingredients to resonate the same philosophy as our food, our in-house concoctions reflect the vision of Masque. Innovation and tradition go hand-in-hand to create a sense of surrealism, consistency and of course, delicious cocktails. We aim to take some of the mystery out of wine service and selection, and make the process of consuming it more accessible and relaxing. Wine is meant to complement the food, not be formal or intimidating.

OPENING HOURS

Masque will be closed from 19 – 26th June 2017. The restaurant will re-open for dinner beginning 27th June, and lunch starting from the 28th.

Dinner: Tuesday to Sunday 19:30 to 00:30 (last seating at 10:30 pm)
Lunch: Wednesday to Sunday 12:30 to 3:30 (last seating at 2:30 pm)
Please note the restaurant is closed on Mondays.

We offer seasonal tasting menus and encourage you to share any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can tailor the menu to your preference. The price of the menu excludes service charge and government taxes as applicable.

PRIVATE DINING

The Private Dining Room at Masque accommodates 20 seated guests and for larger parties can be combined with the main dining room to accommodate up to 60 guests for seated events.

Join us every Sunday for brunch, drinks and live music, starting 12.30 pm onwards.

The Plant Kitchen: Masque x Scott Winegard
On Earth Day 2017, Masque displayed its commitment to the soil with The Plant Kitchen, a collaboration with Chef Scott Winegard. The restaurant transformed into a Plant lab with installations featuring fresh herbs, microgreens and vegetables for diners to taste, touch and pluck in consonance with their meal. Masque x Amass
