Masque x Mike Bagale

In his first-ever culinary experience in India brought to the country by Himalayan Mineral Water, Chef Mike Bagale will collaborate with Founder and Executive Chef of Masque, Prateek Sadhu on a specially curated 12-course meal. 


Masque’s culinary philosophy aligns with Chef Bagale’s understanding that rustic, locally-grown products sourced from nearby regions can be elevated to fine-dining standards. Intrigued by the diverse produce the rich soils of India, and by the unique ingredients discovered in the Himalayan belt, Chef Bagale will begin his journey as Chef Sadhu takes him foraging for fresh produce from Kashmir to create a menu that revolves around the season. In keeping with Masque’s quest for using products in their prime state of taste and nutrition, Chef Bagale and Chef Sadhu will return with the freshest apricots, plums, peaches, and other seasonal produce to craft a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience.
