A wilderness-to- table restaurant set in Mumbai’s former mill lands, Masque seeks out the magic of the Himalayas through modern cuisine. Chef Prateek Sadhu puts the spotlight on foraged (and often forgotten) ingredients, regional produce, innovation and above all, a seasonal menu that changes every month.

 

Our team’s foraging trips take them to Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir and Uttarakhand, where we cherry pick hero ingredients, and place them at the centre of a 10 and 14 course menu. Other fresh, local produce is sourced entirely from our organic and bio-intensive farm in Pune.
